I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the location wasn't ideal for me. The service, however, went above and beyond to help us out. The dining options were good, catering more to locals, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. They couldn't do enough for us, even accompanying my daughter to the hospital. They really go the extra mile.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately, the first one I was in had a bad smoke smell. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond by even accompanying my daughter to the hospital when she had an infected bite. The location was convenient for exploring downtown, although it required a motorbike or a taxi to get around. The dining options were good, with a wide range available, but could use some improvement. Overall, the facilities were decent.
